Order Confirmation:
Your order will be confirmed once the payment is successfully received.
Customized Orders:
Customized products are made specially according to the photos, names, dates, or other details provided by you. Please make sure all details are correct.
Photos & Details 📸:
For personalized orders, please send all required photos and details within 10–15 minutes of placing your order. If we do not receive them on time, your order may be cancelled.
Making & Delivery Time ⏳:
Since our products are handmade and may be customized, it can take approximately 10–15 days for your order to be made and delivered.
Order Cancellation ❌:
Once a customized order has gone into the making process, it cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or Wrong Product 📦:
If your order arrives broken, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos both . If the issue is confirmed, we will remake and replace the product at no extra cost.
Handmade Products 🎨:
As every product is handmade, slight differences in color, texture, or finishing may occur. These are a natural part of handmade products.
Correct Information 📍:
Please provide the correct name, phone number, and complete delivery address. Bhumiverse is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Shipping Delays 🚚:
Delivery may sometimes be delayed due to courier issues, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
